1. Our Shipping Partner

All orders are securely shipped through Slovenská pošta (Slovak Post). We utilize their services for both domestic (Slovakia) and international deliveries.

2. Order Processing Time

All handmade items require a preparation period.
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 Business Days of receiving payment confirmation.
Note: Processing time does not include the time required for actual transit.

3. Estimated Delivery Times (After Dispatch)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs procedures.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination country. You will see the final shipping cost calculated at checkout before payment.

5. Tracking Your Order

We provide a tracking number for every dispatched order.
Once your item has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey via the Slovak Post website.
Shipping tracking is not available with free shipping.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

For orders shipped outside the European Union (EU): Please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, and fees once the shipment reaches your country.
These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for any duties or customs fees incurred.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for current charges and policies before placing your order to avoid unexpected fees.
