As all our games are individually handcrafted from solid, natural wood, slight variations in color, grain pattern, and finish are inherent and should be expected. The images displayed on our website are representative; the game you receive will be unique and may feature minor differences from the product photographs. These variations are not considered manufacturing defects.

 

2. Liability for Loss or Damage 

Our responsibility for your order ceases immediately upon its handover to Slovenská pošta (Slovak Post). While we ensure products are packed securely, we are not liable for any packages lost, damaged, or stolen during transit. Claims regarding damage or loss must be addressed by the buyer directly to the shipping carrier (Slovenská pošta).

 

3. Accuracy of Delivery Information 

The buyer is solely responsible for providing correct and complete delivery address details at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for any delivery delays or failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer. Additional shipping fees incurred due to address errors will be charged to the buyer.

 

4. Historical Accuracy Disclaimer 

The games sold are historical replicas inspired by ancient designs (e.g., Hnefatafl, Senet). While we strive for accuracy in design and materials, these items are interpretations intended for recreational use and are not guaranteed to be 100% historically or archaeologically identical to original artifacts.

Any legal disputes arising from transactions conducted on this e-shop shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Slovak Republic.
